## Notes

---

### [john-breton](https://launchpad.net/~john-breton)

This is a trivial patch that is fair use to apply in
Ubuntu. Fortunately it does not need to be applied in
any of our releases because the code path could only
be triggered in versions 4.2 and 4.4 of mongodb.
Earlier versions contain the problematic code but it
cannot ever be triggered unless other code surrounding it
is also changed.
