## Description

An issue was discovered in Poppler 0.74.0. There is a heap-based buffer
over-read in the function PSOutputDev::checkPageSlice at PSOutputDev.cc.

this is an invalid read of size 1. Upstream fixed this issue by
enabling SPLASH\_CMYK in poppler.
Enabling SPLASH\_CMYK introduced a regression in xpdf and gdal.
See bug 1905741.
