## Description

The ff\_MPV\_frame\_start function in libavcodec/mpegvideo.c in FFmpeg before
0.11 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (memory
corruption) via unspecified vectors, related to starting "a frame outside
SETUP state."

ffmpeg-extra in multiverse needs to have matching version
libav-extra is built with tarball produced by libav package
as of 2013-04-02, not in libav codebase
upstream libav doesn't consider this an issue
